Lancaster Plaza Beirut

The hotel is excellent and very clean. The services are outstanding, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff are extremely respectful and always have a smile on their faces. They assist you with everything you might need during your trip—from restaurant reservations to great local recommendations. At the reception, Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Ahmad were highly professional, always welcoming with a warm smile and kind words. The staff member responsible for the rooms, Mr. Ahmad, is calm, highly skilled, and always has an immediate solution for everything. My overall rating: This hotel deserves more than five stars in terms of quality, service, and location. For my next trip, I will definitely be staying at the same hotel. Much respect!

Not to be confused with other lancaster hotels in the area. We stayed in Rouche which is located on the front street opposite the Beach. Our room was located on the 8th floor, we had sea views out to the Mediterranean Ocean and could see out and down to the main street front. We liked the staff were all well presented, courteous and helpful. We liked that there were treats waiting for us on arrival to our room. A bowl of Plums/Biscuits/Dried Fruits/Sweets. Our room had ample amenities and was replenished daily, thankfully shavers/gel and a comb which was forgotten to be packed. We liked that the hotel had rooftop inside and outside seating with views for daily buffet breakfast and great Turkish coffee. Omelettes cooked the way you like and fresh juices daily, lots of choice/s. Staff were always professional and friendly. We liked that it was an easy walk to local restaurants/cafe's/ all along the main street of the hotel. The local nightlife for dining/cafe and service was excellent. We liked that there was always someone manning the front foyer.

location and view are great. my room was upgraded without extra charge. however i paid extra for VAT knowing that when i booked on booking.com it said all taxes are included. staff are phenomenal, extremely professional at all times and Friendly. thanks to Mustapha, Marwa, Farah, Rosalie and Hadi. all the others off course. i highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking,The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful

I did enjoy my stay and I booked for a week but I did extand my stay for another 3 days I did like the location and the room as well thankfully being upgrade by booking.com and I did enjoy the size and the view of the room, the staff is helpful and friendly, The gym was good unfortunately the suna is little bit doesn't meet the standard when it's come to the heating the size is good but the heat was below 70 which should be at least 90. I the steam room is good. The spa was good as well, The food in the room service is a real 5 star standard as taste and standard, The breakfast buffet was good as well and the price I do find it fair as well, I would come back for sure
